We offer a 30 day return policy on unworn products in their original condition. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept worn socks unless they are faulty. To start a return, please contact us with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned items.

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos where relevant. We will offer a replacement or refund in line with your legal rights. Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by failing to follow the care instructions, is not considered a fault.
