Processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During sales or new releases, processing may take slightly longer, and if that happens we will let you know by email.

Delivery estimates

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, it typically arrives within 5 to 10 business days. Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed, and they can vary with your location and the carrier.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please get in touch and we will chase it up.

Shipping delays

Occasionally delivery may take longer than estimated due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or busy periods such as holidays. These delays are outside our control. If your order is significantly late, contact us and we will help track it down.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot a mistake, message us straight away and we will do our best to correct it before the order is dispatched.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us with your order number and we will make it right. We may ask for photos of any damage to help resolve the issue quickly.
